Deputy Service Manager.

This post offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with manager experience to work in Beechwood College, a specialist residential college for individuals with autism and additional learning needs.

The Deputy Service Manager will join a vibrant and established team consisting of care, education and clinical professionals.

You will be part of this specialist multidisciplinary team, delivering gold standard care and support to residential students at our further education college.

You will be supporting staff teams and engaging with carers, family members and external professionals. We need an experienced manager with an interest and skills in working alongside, leading and supporting MDT staff.

The service is focussed on cultures of care, and we believe in empowering our students, promoting the development of skills and celebration of strengths, while we help the student reach their educational outcomes and personal goals within the least restrictive environment possible.

Our organisation places a strong emphasis and value on practice leadership and will invest in your ongoing development of our team and the individuals within.

We invite applicants with management experience and successes in working with service users with complex needs and challenging behaviours, along with those who have an interest and prior experience of delivering support for individuals with autism and additional learning needs through positive team working.
