This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker ideally with experience in services for people living with dementia, Huntington’s Disease and personality change secondary to acquired brain injury. The people we support, and treat, often present with behavioural and psychological symptoms, that include behaviours that challenge. We are looking for an experienced, innovative and values driven people to join our team.

We are rigorous in following professional, clinical and policy guidance in order to support high quality care. We take a recovery and person-centred perspective to all of our work and are committed to the current agenda around reducing restrictive practice and improving relationally focused care within mental health services, including services for people with dementia.

Normal working week is 39.4 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note that this role will require support with personal care.
