Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and other specialist care.

Normal working week is 38.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. To be considered for the role, experience of working in a similar role in a secure environment in the care sector would be preferable but not essential as we are also looking for people with life experience in general.

If successful, your appointment will be subject to an enhanced level Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure due to the nature of the post.

All staff who work in a service that is registered with Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) will be required to register with Social Care Wales from 1^st October 2022.  You must also be prepared to work towards/undertake the necessary qualifications to meet the requirements to register.
