With our clients coming from a variety of backgrounds, Ocean Community Services offers supports to both men and women with mental health needs, learning disabilities and acquired brain injury. Through purposely designed homes across South Wales and the South West, we offer a specialist residential service that provides step down and rehabilitation within a clinical care pathway.

As a Support Worker in one of our Bristol-based homes, you will be required to provide residential and therapeutic support to all clients, enabling them to gain greater independence to facilitate as easy a transition as possible. You will encourage our service users to become actively involved in the running of their home, as well as helping to manage weekly meetings to ensure our residents get the opportunity to feedback on service they receive. Working alongside our multi-disciplinary team, you will help to facilitate active rehabilitation through promoting programmes of education and leisure activities in the local communities.

The normal working week is 38.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
