Kelly Turley

Kelly has worked in specialist education needs for 22 years as a teacher and in an advisory role for unlocking the potential of special school initiatives in Neath Port Talbot. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Cambridge University with music as her specialist subject area and a Masters degree in Education.

Kelly joined Beechwood College in 2012 to take up the role of supervising the day-to-day welfare of staff and students in the classrooms by managing and supporting Lecturers and Learning Support Assistants. Kelly also oversees the learning programmes ensuring they encompass the individual wants and wishes of the students.

Kelly ensures that each student is getting a rounded curriculum to meet individual needs and works alongside residential and clinical teams day-to-day to ensure holistic approaches are in place for all students.
